Anne Dulac (née Detilleux; 21 March 1878 – 7 July 1959/89) was a French "supercentenarian on paper" whose case turned out to be a transcription error. Anne died in 1959, age 81, but the cursive writing was not clear and was later transcribed as "1989", making her case age "111 on paper". This case serves as a type example of why it is preferred to have original copies of the documents, rather than a secondary transcription, where possible[1][2].
