Anna Balasova [Slovakian: Anna Balášova] (6 December 1904 – 28 February 2013) was a Slovakian centenarian who, at the time of her death, may have been the second-oldest person to die in Slovakia, after Hedviga Sekerasova.
She was born in Vrbové, Austria-Hungary (now Slovakia) on 26 October 1902. She was raised in Liptov. She had a daughter, Pavlína Matavová. She had 7 other children. Her daughter was still living at the time of Balasova's 108th birthday. Balasova died on 28 February 2013 in Piešťany, Slovakia at the age of 108 years, 84 days. At the time of her death, she was the oldest living person in Slovakia.
