Angeles Alava Jimenez [Spanish: Ángeles Álava Jiménez] (born 3 August 1910) is a Spanish supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Biography

Angeles Alava Jimenez was born in Cascante, Navarre, Spain on 3 August 1910, the oldest of three siblings. She worked as farmer.

She married Martin Huete Miramon and had two children: Rosario (aged 87 in 2020) and Carmen Huete (aged 85 in 2020). She got widowed in 1970. She lived alone until age 97, when she moved to live with her daughter Carmen Huete.

There was also a history of longevity in her family: her parents lived to be 80 and her two brothers died at age 90 and 80 respectively.

In June 2020, she had 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. At age 110, she is still able to walk without help.

Angeles Alava Jimenez currently lives with her daughter Carmen Huete (aged 85 in 2020) in Cascante, Navarre, Spain, at the age of 113 years, 259 days.
