Amarillide Bufalini was born in Patrica, Lazio, Italy on 27 November 1876. She might have been the oldest living person in the United States between the death of Birdie May Vogt on 23 July 1989 and her own death nearly ten months later.
Amarillide Bufalini died on 15 May 1990 in New York, USA at the age of 113 years, 169 days. At the time of her death, she was also the oldest Italian-born person ever until Amalia Barone broke this record in 1998.
