Alwine Werner (10 November 1898 - 2 March 2010) was a Ukraine born German supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by Gerontology Research Club.

Biography

Alwine Werner was born in Ukraine on 10 November 1898. The jubilee married in 1923. The marriage had three children. The family was expelled to Kazakhstan in 1936. Alwine Werner came to Bergneustadt in 1989 and lived in Othestrasse with her daughter Selma Arendt. She became oldest living person in Germany after death of Emma Joisten on 8 November 2008. Alwine Werner passed away in Bergneustadt, Germany on 2 March 2010 at the age of 111 years and 112 days. After her death Zhenya Broytman became Germany oldest living person.
