Alice Empleton (18 September 1870 – 7 January 1981) was a validated British supercentenarian.
Alice Empleton was born on 18 September 1870. She married in 1897 and became a widow when she was in her 70s. Empleton claimed that one of the advantages of being above 100 was that "you get so many things for free". On her 108th birthday, she invited 50 guests to her party. At the time of her death on 7 January 1981, she was the oldest woman in England. She lived in a home for elderly 40 miles north of London. Her final age was 110 years, 116 days. She was the 13th-oldest living person in the world at the time of her death.
